About Us

in|TENN|tional was created from a simple but deeply felt realization: many people want to grow in their faith—but don’t always know where to start, what to read, or how to stay rooted in the middle of real life.

Faith is not one-size-fits-all. And yet, so many devotionals are.

We exist to meet people where they are—spiritually, emotionally, and seasonally—through devotionals and Bible studies that are intentional, Scripture-anchored, and personally meaningful. Not rushed. Not generic. Not disconnected from real life.

in|TENN|tional was born at the intersection of lived experience and deep faith. It was shaped through motherhood, homeschooling, leadership, hardship, healing, and countless conversations with women navigating exhaustion, doubt, renewal, obedience, grief, growth, and hope. Through these moments, a pattern became clear: people long for faith resources that speak directly to their hearts—not just broadly to a topic.

So we create devotionals that do exactly that.

Each offering is written prayerfully and thoughtfully, with care given not only to what is being said, but how it is received. We consider personality, season of life, spiritual maturity, and the depth someone is longing for—because spiritual growth is deeply personal, and intimacy with God should feel that way too.

Our mission is not to replace prayer, Bible reading, or intimacy with God—but to support it. To help bridge the gap for those coming to Christ for the first time, returning after time away, or standing in a hard place, unsure of where to turn next. We point hearts back to Scripture, encourage consistency, and create space for reflection, surrender, and growth.

The name in|TENN|tional reflects both our heart and our method: everything we do is done with intention—on purpose, with care, and rooted in truth. We believe faith grows best when nurtured thoughtfully, not hurriedly.

This is a place for depth over noise.
For clarity over confusion.
For people who want to grow—not perform.

If you’ve ever felt unseen by generic devotionals…
If you’ve ever wanted something that truly speaks to you…
If you’re longing to grow in faith, but need guidance along the way…

You’re in the right place.

Welcome to in|TENN|tional—where faith is cultivated with intention.

About the Founder

Tenn-Lai Frame

I’m a wife, a homeschooler, and a mom of two boys—living a life that runs on faith, family, structure… and a very well-organized calendar. I thrive on things having a place, a plan, and a purpose. If there’s a system to be built, I’m building it. If there’s a routine to refine, I’ve probably already colour-coded it. (Some call it “Type A”—I call it stewardship 😉.)

Homeschooling has only strengthened that part of me. Teaching my children at home has required intention, flexibility, and creativity, but it has also deepened my patience, sharpened my discernment, and rooted our family life in faith. Our days are full, meaningful, and sometimes messy—but always centred on growth, both academically and spiritually.

My heart for serving others took a more defined shape in 2022, when I became a breastfeeding and pumping counsellor. This decision was deeply personal. My journey with my first child came with unexpected challenges—especially in the early postpartum season—where I found myself navigating exhaustion, uncertainty, and the weight of wanting to do everything “right.” That experience ignited a desire to support other mothers, not just with information, but with compassion and understanding. I continue to walk alongside moms in this role today.

At the same time, our faith was being refined in profound ways. My first son faced significant challenges early in life, and those moments pushed us into deeper dependence on God. What felt overwhelming became a place of healing, growth, and strengthened faith as God continued to meet us again and again. Our family’s journey and testimony are shared openly on my YouTube channel, where I document the realities of walking through hardship while learning to trust God fully.

As my faith deepened, so did my passion for helping others grow in theirs. I currently lead a women’s Bible study group through an organization, walking alongside women in many different seasons—those coming to Christ for the first time, returning after time away, or navigating seasons of confusion, grief, or transition.

Through these conversations, I began to notice a pattern.

Many devotionals are beautifully written, yet often feel generic. They don’t always speak to the depth of what someone is actually walking through—or they don’t connect in a way that feels personal and relevant. Sometimes, they simply miss the moment.

So I started creating my own.

What began as something personal soon became something shared. Through personalized devotionals, prayerful reflections, and intentional encouragement, I realized there is a deep hunger for faith resources that truly meet people where they are—especially for those who are new to Christ, returning to their faith, or standing at a crossroads and unsure where to go next.

My goal is to help bridge those gaps—not to replace intimacy with God, prayer, or time in His Word, but to support and point people back to Him, while honouring the unique purpose and season He has for each person.

This work is the overflow of my life: faith-filled, intentionally structured, deeply personal, and rooted in love.
