The Planner People Kept Asking Me For

Every time I posted my planner on Instagram, the same thing happened. People wanted to know where they could get one, whether I’d ever make it available, how they could get their hands on it.

For a long time my answer was no. It was my personal thing, built for my own family. But the question kept coming, and eventually I thought… why not? So here it is, the planner I’ve been quietly using and refining for three years, finally made for other families too.

Why I Built It in the First Place

When I first started homeschooling, I went looking for a planner and came up empty.

I knew exactly what I wanted. Something blank. Something undated. Room to plan out my month the way my brain actually works, space to map out ideas for month one, month two, and beyond, a notes section to shape what I wanted each month to look like, calendar pages I could fill however I needed. Nothing I found had all of that in one place. So I made my own, printed it myself, and bound it myself.

Every year since, I’ve added to it. Whenever I realized I needed a new kind of page, I’d open Canva, create exactly what I wanted, and drop it in. Three years of that turned it into something that finally holds everything in one spot, built entirely around how a real planning process actually flows.

Blank and Undated, on Purpose

The two features I care about most are the very things I couldn’t find anywhere else: it’s blank, and it’s undated.

Undated means you start whenever you want and never waste a page because life got busy in January. Blank means the space is yours to shape, not boxed into someone else’s idea of how your weeks should run. If you’ve ever bought a planner and felt like you were bending your life to fit its layout, this is the opposite of that. It bends to you.

What’s Inside

Over three years this grew into something that holds everything I need in one place. Inside you’ll find attendance tracking to keep a simple record of your days, trip tracking for the outings and field days that are so much a part of learning, and monthly faith pages where you can center each month around God’s Word. There are notes pages for every month so planning stays easy and everything has a home, along with subject pages to organize what you’re teaching and keep each area of learning in view.

The months themselves stay blank, so January is just January, ready to be used again year after year without ever wasting a page. You also get to make it your own from the start, with ten different covers to choose from so the planner reflects your style rather than someone else’s. And because every family’s year looks different, it comes with two file options: a January-to-December layout or an August-to-July one, whichever matches the rhythm of your year.

Not Just for Homeschoolers

This started as a homeschool planner, but the truth is any family that wants to get organized can use it.

The Faith Piece I Added This Year

This year I added something that’s become my favourite part.

I built in space to plan our months around faith, not just tasks. Now I can map out what our month looks like spiritually: our verse for the month, our memory verses, the ways we want to keep God at the center of our weeks. Planning stopped being only about staying on top of things and became a way to be intentional about growing with God as a family too.
