What Emails You'll Receive From Us

When you subscribe to inTENNtional, interact with our services, or make a purchase, we send you different types of emails. Here's what to expect:

These emails are necessary to complete your purchase and provide your services. You cannot opt out of these, though you can update your email address.

You'll receive transactional emails for:
- Order confirmation and receipt
- "In Progress" notification for your personalized devotional
- Delivery notification when your devotional is ready
- Account updates and important service announcements
- Customer support responses
- Refund or billing confirmations

2. Mailing List Emails (Optional)

When you join our mailing list, you'll receive:
- Weekly emails with spiritual encouragement, Scripture reflection, and community updates
- Promotional emails about new offerings, special promotions, or course launches (frequency varies, but typically 1-4 additional emails per month beyond the weekly email)

Email Frequency: You can expect at least one email per week (weekly mailing list), plus occasional promotional emails.

3. Blog & Content Notifications (If Opted In)

If you subscribe to blog notifications, you'll receive emails when new blog posts are published.

4. Podcast Notifications (If Opted In)

If you subscribe to podcast episode notifications, you'll receive emails when new episodes are released.

 

Opt-Out and Unsubscribe

How to Unsubscribe:
Every marketing and mailing list email contains an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click this link to remove yourself from our mailing list.

What Happens When You Unsubscribe:
- You will stop receiving weekly mailing list emails
- You will stop receiving promotional emails
- You will stop receiving blog or podcast notifications (if subscribed)
- You will continue to receive transactional emails (order confirmations, delivery updates, support responses) because these are necessary to serve you

To Unsubscribe from Everything (Except Transactional Emails):
Click the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us at info.intenntional@gmail.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.
