Using Your Devotional in Professional or Ministry Settings
If you are a coach, counsellor, pastor, teacher, or spiritual leader and would like to use inTENNtional's devotionals or frameworks in your professional practice or ministry, you need a separate license agreement.

To request commercial or professional use:
Email us at info.intenntional@gmail.com with:
- Your name and professional title/credentials
- How you plan to use the content
- The number of people who will receive or access it
- Whether you want content created specifically for your clients/congregation or existing materials

We're open to partnership conversations and can discuss appropriate licensing and fees.

Testimonial and Portfolio Use
Important note: If you have given inTENNtional permission to use your testimonial or story, that permission is separate from permission to share your actual devotional content.

When you provide a testimonial, you're allowing us to share:
- Your experience and transformation
- Your name (or anonymity, if preferred)
- Your general feedback about the service

You are not granting permission for us to:
- Share excerpts from your actual devotional
- Publish your devotional content
- Use your specific devotional as an example or portfolio piece

However, when you purchase a devotional, we ask on our consent form if you're willing to let us use anonymized excerpts (with your personal details and identifying information removed) as examples of our work in marketing or portfolio materials. You can opt in or out of this separate permission.

Guided Devotionals and Courses
Guided devotionals and pre-written courses are different from personalized devotionals:
- They are not custom-created for you
- They are not your exclusive intellectual property
- The same guided devotional is used by multiple customers
- You may use them for personal growth
- You may share them with family members (limited, as described above)
- You may not republish or redistribute them

Podcast Episodes
Podcast episodes are available for personal listening and may be shared freely for non-commercial purposes (sharing links with friends, sharing on personal social media).
However, you may not:
- Republish or repackage episodes
- Sell podcast content
- Use episodes for commercial purposes
- Create derivative works from episodes
You are welcome to discuss, quote, or reference podcast episodes in your own content (with attribution to inTENNtional).

...we will take appropriate steps to protect our intellectual property and your content, which may include:

We take intellectual property seriously to protect both our work and your privacy (your personal devotional contains your private information).
