Our Commitment to Honesty

At inTENNtional, we are grateful for the feedback and transformative experiences our customers share. We honour these stories while being transparent about what they represent and what they don't.

What Are Testimonials?

Testimonials are customer accounts of their personal experiences with inTENNtional devotionals. These are genuine stories from real people who have used our services and felt moved to share their journeys.

How We Collect Testimonials

- Voluntary Sharing: We never pressure customers to provide testimonials. We simply invite them to share if they feel comfortable.
- Testimonial Form: When customers complete their devotional, they have the optional opportunity to fill out a testimonial form.
- Permission & Attribution: On the testimonial form, we ask whether customers would like their full name attributed, prefer to stay anonymous, or would like a first name only.
- Honest Feedback: We ask customers to share their honest experience, whether positive or challenging.

What Testimonials Represent

Testimonials represent:
- Individual experiences with inTENNtional's services
- One person's spiritual journey during a specific season of life
- Snapshots in time—what felt true and meaningful for them in that moment
- Their personal perspective on how our devotionals impacted them

What Testimonials Do NOT Represent

Testimonials do not represent:
- Guaranteed results for you or anyone else
- Universal experiences—other customers may experience something completely different
- Scientific evidence or clinical proof of spiritual transformation
- Medical or mental health outcomes—they are spiritual and personal reflections, not health claims
- What you will experience—your journey is unique to you

Results Vary Individually

Every person's experience with inTENNtional is different because:
- Everyone comes with different spiritual backgrounds and beliefs
- Life circumstances vary greatly from person to person
- Openness, receptiveness, and effort differ
- Spiritual growth is deeply personal and immeasurable
- What one person finds transformative, another may find less impactful

Your experience is valid, whether similar to testimonials or completely different.

How We Use Testimonials

We share testimonials:
- On our website homepage and service pages
- In marketing materials and emails
- In social media posts
- In promotional content
- With permission only—customers always have a choice

We do not:
- Alter or misrepresent testimonials
- Cherry-pick only the most extreme positive feedback
- Use testimonials without permission
- Attribute testimonials incorrectly
- Fabricate or use fake testimonials

Sharing Anonymously

Many customers choose to remain anonymous. We respect this choice and honour it. Anonymous testimonials read: "Melissa, St. Thomas, ON," "Anonymous customer," or similar.

If You Want to Share Your Story

If you've had an experience with inTENNtional and would like to share it:
- Let us know! Email us at info.intenntional@gmail.com with "Testimonial" in the subject line
- Share what felt meaningful to you—be honest and specific
- Tell us whether you'd like your name shared or prefer anonymity
- Your story helps other seekers understand what's possible

Critical Disclaimer About Testimonials

Please read this carefully:

Testimonials are personal stories and do not constitute:
- Medical advice or mental health treatment outcomes
- A promise of results
- A replacement for professional help
- Evidence of efficacy for any particular outcome
- A guarantee that you will experience similar results

If you are considering purchasing a devotional, please base your decision on our service descriptions, not solely on testimonials. Consider whether inTENNtional aligns with your spiritual goals and needs.
